Obituary of Marcella W. Lawler
EVANS MILLS
Marcella W. Lawler, 75, of South Main Street died November 3rd at home while under the care of her family and Hospice of Jefferson County.
Mrs. Lawler was a life long member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Evans Mills and volunteered for numerous organizations throughout the years.
She was employed with Jefferson County as a welfare examiner, retiring in 1997.
Survivors include a daughter and her husband Michele and Alonzo Carlton, Cape Vincent, a son and his wife, Edward and (Mary) Anne, TX, and a daughter Sharon Lobdell, Iowa; 3 granddaughters; one grandson; a sister, Veronica Petranchuk, Evans Mills; and a sister-in-law, Helen West, Watertown.
A daughter, Mary Lawler, two sisters, Virginia Watson and Elizabeth Riordan and a brother, Robert West died before her.
The funeral will be 10 am Monday at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Evans Mills. Burial will be at St. Mary's Cemetery, Evans Mills.
Calling hours are 4 - 7 p.m. Sunday, November 7th at Frederick Bros. Funeral Home, Inc., 8380 South Main Street, Evans Mills.
